At Maier Jewelry , each piece is handmade, made to order, especially for you. For this reason, we would like to clarify the conditions under which a return can be requested, in accordance with the legislation in force and the nature of our personalized products.

Products eligible for return

According to GEO 34/2014, personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned , except in cases where they have manufacturing defects or were delivered incorrectly.

In exceptional situations (defects or delivery errors), the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition .
  
• It must be returned in its original packaging , including: jewelry box, tags, certificates and accessories.
  
• The jewelry box must be returned in impeccable condition , without marks, stickers, labels or other damage.
  
• The return must be initiated within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery.
  
• 
  The product must be packaged in a courier envelope – under no circumstances should labels be applied directly to the product box.
  
• 
  In the event of missing elements from the packaging or damage to the box, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct a fee of 30 lei from the refunded amount.
  

⚠️ Important note:

The jewelry box must be in perfect condition upon return. If it contains signs of wear, labels, stickers or damage, a fee of 30 lei will be charged, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. No exceptions.

Products not eligible for return

The following products cannot be returned:

• 
  Made-to-order products (all Maier Jewelry)
  
• 
  Personalized products through engraving or molding (e.g. fingerprints)
  
• 
  Products that show signs of wear, use or damage
  
• 
  Products returned after the 14-day period has expired
  

Return process for eligible cases

If you received a defective or wrong product and it meets the return conditions:

1. Fill out the Return Form available in the footer of the site (section "Return Form").
   
2. Send an email to contactmaierjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, with a description of the problem and clear photos of the product and packaging.
   
3. You will receive detailed instructions depending on the situation.
   

Shipping the return

• The return address is: Str. Fagului No. 59, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, postal code 400483
• Shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
• We recommend shipping by courier with AWB and insurance. Maier Jewelry is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Proof of shipping does not guarantee receipt of the return.

repayment

After receiving and checking the product:

• The refund will be made to the bank account (for cash on delivery payments) or directly to the card used for the purchase.
  
• The refund process can take between 7–14 business days .
  
• The 30 lei fee for damaged packaging will be deducted from the returned amount.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on Maier Jewelry's part.
  
• If the product does not meet the return criteria, the customer will be notified and the product may be returned at their expense.
  

Exchanges

We only offer replacements in the event of defects or discrepancies between the product ordered and the one delivered. To request a replacement, please complete the Return Form in the footer.
