Shipping Policy

At Maier Jewelry , we are committed to delivering every piece of jewelry professionally, safely, and in a timely manner. All products are made exclusively to order in our workshop, using manual casting and finishing techniques.
Production and delivery time
All jewelry is personalized and made to order, with a production time of approximately 3–4 weeks , depending on the complexity of the piece. Once completed, it is shipped by courier. Total delivery time may vary depending on the destination, but we strive to ensure a fast and safe experience.
Delivery costs
• The shipping fee is 20 lei for deliveries in Romania.
• Shipping is free for orders over 400 lei .
• If the package is refused or not picked up without a valid reason, shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer may bear the return costs.
Delivery method
Deliveries are made through our logistics partner Ecolet , with most packages being handled by DPD . After shipment, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) via email or SMS to monitor the status of your package in real time.
Delays and exceptional situations
During busy periods (e.g. holidays, Black Friday) or in exceptional situations (extreme weather conditions, transportation problems, strikes), delivery may be delayed. We will make every effort to inform you in such situations.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please contact us at contactmaierjewelry@gmail.com for verification.
Isolated or hard-to-reach areas
For certain remote or difficult-to-reach locations, the delivery time may be extended by 1–2 business days . If your address is in such an area, you will be informed by the courier.
Undelivered or lost packages
• If the package appears as "delivered" in the courier's system but has not been received, the customer must contact the courier company directly for clarification.
• If a package is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will initiate the investigation procedure. After confirming the loss, the customer has the right to choose between sending a replacement part (with a new standard production term) or a full refund of the order.
Changing the delivery address
If you need to change your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contactmaierjewelry@gmail.com . Once your order has been shipped, changing the address is no longer possible.
Legal notices and responsibilities
According to Romanian law (including OUG 34/2014), personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned except in the case of manufacturing defects or delivery errors. Delivery is considered completed when the package is picked up and confirmed by the courier's system.
