About Maier Jewelry

This website is operated by The Maier SRL (CUI 44226221, J20/687/05.05.2021), with headquarters at Str. Gheorghe Barițiu No. 25, Hunedoara, Romania. By accessing the website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Products

All Maier Jewelry is made to order, in 925 silver or gold (9K/14K/18K), using artisanal techniques. Each piece is unique and may show slight variations due to the manual process.

Orders and Payment

Orders are placed online and go into production immediately after payment confirmation. We accept payment by card and, in certain situations, cash on delivery.

Delivery

Jewelry production takes approximately 3–4 weeks, followed by delivery. Shipping is included for orders within Romania.

Returns

As the products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds , according to GEO 34/2014, art. 16. We make an exception only in case of production defect or delivery error, which must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order, by email.

Warranty and Certification

All Maier Jewelry is:

• ANPC marked and certified
  
• Delivered with warranty certificate
  
• Accompanied by a special maintenance cloth
  

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling.

Cancel Order

Orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours of placing, by email at contactmaierjewelry@gmail.com. After this time, production is started and the order can no longer be canceled.

Intellectual property

All texts, images and content on this site are the property of The Maier SRL . Their use without the written consent of the company is prohibited.

DISPUTES

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts in Hunedoara County. Customers can also turn to ANPC for alternative dispute resolution.
