Return Policy

At The Maier SRL, we value our customers and strive to provide the best experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, certificates, or accessories.

• The jewelry box must be in perfect condition, exactly as it was sent, with no stickers, marks, or additional labels attached.

• The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

• The package must be placed inside a courier bag—no stickers, labels, or shipping details should be placed directly on the product box, without exception.

• If any part of the original packaging, including certificates, tags, or accessories, is missing, we reserve the right to either decline the return or deduct an appropriate fee from the refund amount.

 

⚠️ If the jewelry box is returned with any damage, stickers, or markings, a fee of 30 lei will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that customized products (e.g., engraved jewelry or made-to-order pieces) are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please complete our Return Form.

3. Pack the Item Properly:

• The jewelry must be placed in its original box.

• The jewelry box must be placed inside a courier bag to avoid any damage or markings.

• Do not attach stickers, labels, or tape directly to the product box.

4. Ship the Item:

• Send the package to the return address: Buna Ziua 43C, Cluj Napoca, Cluj, 400495.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning items. The Maier SRL is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments. Proof of postage does not guarantee receipt of the return.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• If you paid via cash on delivery, we will request your bank details to process the refund.

• Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• A fee of 30 lei (7 Euro) will be deducted if the jewelry box is damaged or not in the original condition.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

• Refunds are processed only after a full inspection of the returned item. If the return does not meet our requirements, we will notify you, and the item may be sent back at your expense.

 

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value if:

• The item received was defective or damaged.

• You wish to exchange for a different size or variant (subject to availability).

 

To request an exchange, please contact us at contactmaierjewelry@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Customized or personalized jewelry.

• Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by improper handling.

• Items returned outside the 14-day return window.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactmaierjewelry@gmail.com.

2. Provide a description and photos of the damage or defect.

3. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


7. International Returns

For international customers, the same return conditions apply. However:

• Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes incurred during the return process.

• Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency, and any currency exchange fees will not be reimbursed.
