To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, certificates, or accessories.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that customized products (e.g., engraved jewelry or made-to-order pieces) are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Await Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with detailed instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided in the authorization email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If you paid via cash on delivery, we will request your bank details to process the refund.
  • Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value if:

  • The item received was defective or damaged.
