The Maier SRL offers jewelry made from stainless steel and 925 silver, exclusively available through our online platform on Shopify. We strive to provide accurate information about our products, but minor variations in color and size may occur.

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed online and processed immediately upon confirmation. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and cash on delivery. Order confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and product complexity. For silver pieces, delivery may take up to 14 working days. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned products must be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Warranty for Silver Products

We offer a 30-day warranty for silver products covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, improper use, or lack of maintenance. To request repairs or replacements for manufacturing defects, please contact us at contactmaierjewelry@gmail.com.

6. Limitation of Liability for Jewelry Damage

The Maier SRL is not responsible for jewelry damage caused by improper maintenance or exposure to harmful factors such as chemicals, seawater, or perfumes. Silver and stainless-steel jewelry should be maintained according to instructions to extend their lifespan.

7. Product Care

To keep jewelry in the best condition, we recommend periodic cleaning and storing in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Silver jewelry, in particular, requires regular care to prevent oxidation.

8. Responsibility for Payment and Delivery

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not successfully completed or do not contain complete shipping information. Delays caused by external factors (such as customs restrictions or strikes) are not the responsibility of The Maier SRL.

9. Exchange Policy

We offer the option to exchange products, such as resizing rings or bracelets, under certain conditions. Exchanges are accepted only if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

10. Special Instructions for International Customers

Internationally shipped products may be subject to customs regulations and additional fees. Customers are responsible for any customs charges and other applicable fees in the destination country. We recommend that customers check local regulations before ordering.
